Company was founded in January 2000 as "Zebra Rollers” and started production of Polyurethane and Rubber Coating rollers, and was located in the city of Delhi India. Further expansion was made in 2002 in adding production facilities to manufacture rubber printing and coating rollers.
At present we can manufacture rubber covered rollers with maximum diameters of 630 mm and face length of up to 2,500 mm - or 3,000 max total shaft length. In the year 2004 production facilities were expanded by adding new units of compression moulding machines and other processing equipments to diversify our production in adding moulded industrial rubber articles in large quantities. Our moulding capacity, which includes rubber compound processing, is approximately 75, 00 kgs/month. We accept rubber mouldings in large mass production quantities, as well as specialty small quantity special mouldings. Our rubber compounding facilities compromises of: Laboratory mill, two roll mixing mills, two roll warm-up mills and kneaders, and the necessary laboratory testing equipment. The Company is presently based in Delhi and having full fledged manufacturing unit based at Faridabad.
